Shipping

United Kingdom

Nancy's Interiors is proud to offer free shipping to all our customers in the United Kingdom. For obvious reasons we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

​

Order Processing Time

Depending on the size and volume of your shipment, delivery times will vary. Once your order has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email advising you that your order is on its way where you will be able to track your order via the delivery carrier.

 

Please note that all parcels will require a signature upon delivery. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, then the delivery driver will leave a card and the parcel will be returned to the nearest post office for you to collect. Please note that our carrier companies Delivery Policies or zone restrictions may apply to selected areas.

We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe however please beware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Nancy's Interiors products.

 

A refund or replacement will be offered in the event of faulty or damaged goods, or where the product does not match the colour, size, or description provided on the Nancy's Interiors website.

 

We do not offer refunds due to change of mind.
